• Valid Long Term VISA (LTV) document along with Foreign Passport (valid or expired) of origin country issued to minorities
• Valid Registered Sale Agreement/Registered Gift Deed in Registrar office/Registered or Non Registered Rent/Lease Agreement / Leave and License agreement Valid Registration Certificate or Residential permit issued by FRRO/FRO to the Resident Foreigners
